Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me to arrange a positive solution for you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. You must send me a photo. 
Items are printed and sewn on demand and sent to you directly from the manufacturer. Returns will be sent to the address on your package shipping label (example is pictured below).

If you have provided an incorrect address, you will be resposible for shipping costs and possible item cost (should the item not be returned by the sender). 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
