Description: From my ongoing “For the Love of Food” series of collages featuring vintage food images, this piece is composed of images from the 1950’s. I LOVE the contrast of deep cadmium yellow with the navy blue retro print on the background. The circles are preety perfect too, if I say so myself (and I do lol)
I added a 3D element – looks like a little button to push (Please do not push the button – it is fragile lol)

I love this piece. It exudes confidence, sass, stimulated the appetite, and has a bit of odd humor (There is a little giggly surprise text from the 40’s I adhered to the bottom edge of the piece.
Finished with several coats of UV protective and archival quality gloss varnish to enhance details and for longevity.
