Join us for the second ever ADULTS ONLY free-form collage making, tea drinking, local food noshing, and socializing event! Our July CreativiTEA has a theme inspired by the gorgeous aesthetics and flavors of Japan!
This time around, we are excited to facilitate the event during the EVENING at The Source Healing Community Oasis in Nob Hill!
All collage making materials are provided, including some adults only AND Japanese themed ephemera. LadyJennD (that's me) is there to guide and help you with your collage creations 😊
It wouldn't be CreativiTEA without the incomparable handcrafted tea blends by local biz Salem's Tea House! Michael and Justina have come up with some fascinating "Tea-tails" for your palate! Please note we will also have their N/A hot teas too!

Please plan on arriving between 5:30-5:45pm. Salem’s will be demonstrating a traditional Gongfu tea Ceremony at 6pm. Dressing up in a respectful and thoughtful manner for the Japanese tea ceremony is highly encouraged. This is an immersive tradition where attire reflects mindfulness and appreciation for the experience, but ultimately please wear what makes you comfortable and happy!
We are THRILLED to have local cake by Venus Pastry ABQ! We are serving bites of “The Janet” cake – a GORGEOUS coconut chiffon cake in a toasted sesame milk soak, Taro ganache filling, taro + coconut buttercream, and sesame brittle!
We will also be serving NM Fungi seasonal mushroom Onigiri and more Japan inspired treats TBA!

Each attendee is automatically entered into our raffle! We will be drawing the winner around 8:30!
Prizes include $50 in store credit at Salem’s Tea House that can be used for anything in the store such as tea, honey, tea/matcha sets, jewelry, etc. + a gift certificate from Dr. Jinlen Silva good for a 30 minute cupping session + a LadyJennD art print + gift certificate for a 2 hour one on one collage making session in her downtown ABQ studio!
The Source is a lovely community center and healing oasis located in the heart of Nob Hill. Our host, Gambei Wellness, offers acupuncture, cupping, and massage services, and more! Dr. Jinlen Silva is AMAZING!
They also have a fun little gift shop, and the grounds are SO calming!
You are welcome to walk around the herb garden and Koi pond

Parking is FREE on the street and there is a small (also free) lot right across the street from the Source.
