This piece was created for a challenge to create something artful out of a mundane object. I have a lot of vintage publications I like to use in my collage art, and I came across the cool pink vintage library card! It is dated 1968.

I created this beautiful, colorful, botanical portrait collage on the card. I adhered the card to a 4x6" aluminum panel, and adhered THAT to a cool metal vintage frame.
I also adhered a sawtooth hanger to the back so you can hang this one of a kind art on your walls! It’s small, colorful, and mighty! Atypical is an anonym of mundane so that is what I decided to call this collage! All adhesives used in the collage and framing and mat board backings used in the framing are archival quality and acid free.

I love this piece. It is part of the frame. It is one of a kind and will not be reproduced.
